Celebrate a week’s worth of free
activities that support awareness and
education of healthy, safe and active
aging in our community.
Seniors’ Week will kick off with a FREE
Active Aging Conference on Friday,
May 31 (Location to be determined)
and will include structured workshops,
guest speakers, resources, and more.
More detailed information to follow in
local newspapers and our community
facilities.

newsletter for information on more
Senior’s Week events throughout the
city that will include, Tea in the Garden,
computer workshops, free swimming,
free sports and fitness, luncheons and
more! All activities will be listed in
your local community centre’s and in
the local newspaper closer to
Seniors Week.
