endurance, power & speed to the beat <strong>of</strong><br />
motivational music.<br />
Deep Water Aquacise<br />
Deep water cardio workout, enhances<br />
strength, endurance, power and speed.<br />
Use <strong>of</strong> a float belt is optional.<br />
Gentle Joints<br />
45 minutes – A controlled low impact<br />
class. Combines slow movement with<br />
strength, power and muscle conditioning.<br />
LUNCH TIME POWER AQUA<br />
A high impact water cardio workout.<br />
Enhances strength, endurance, power<br />
and speed, that will help give you the<br />
energy you need, to get through the<br />
rest <strong>of</strong> your day.<br />
Water Walking<br />
60 minutes – A controlled shallow water<br />
program designed to increase flexibility,<br />
range <strong>of</strong> motion and mobility <strong>of</strong> joints.<br />
PRO D DAY SWIMS:<br />
No school, no problem, come on<br />
by the pool and see all the exciting<br />
