Step 3 for In-Kind Sponsors | The Committee Chair(s) will send out a Request for Proposal for you to complete to ensure that<br />
you are included in the prospective suppliers list for their event.<br />
There are occasions where we have more than one supplier of the same type of in-kind service looking to provide or<br />
sponsor an event. To ensure that we are fairly assessing all sponsors equally, we request that our committees<br />
secure a minimum of three RFP’s and/or bids for all goods and services and will select the most competitive proposal.<br />
Step 3 For Cash Sponsors | The Committee Chair(s) will contact you to discuss your sponsorship.<br />
We would like to provide the highest ROI possible to all of our sponsors by ensuring the benefits that they will receive<br />
will be valuable year long. <strong>Sponsorship</strong> benefits can be customized with approval by the Director of Chapter <strong>Sponsorship</strong>.<br />
