Plazemske <strong>rezalne</strong>
<strong>naprave</strong>
Enostavna in varna uporaba je glavna prednost pred drugimi vrstami naprav,
kjer največkrat potrebujemo za rezanje eksplozivni vodik. Vse Iskravar plazemske
<strong>naprave</strong> potrebujejo za delo prikjuček na električno mrežo in kompremirani
zrak tlaka 6 bar.
Posebej priročna je naprava PL 40 i, ki je izdelana v inverterski tehniki, je
lahka in posebej primerna za delo v montaži, inštalaterska dela in podobno.
Debelina rezanja je močno odvisna od vrste materiala in od hitrosti rezanja.
Zelo težko se reže baker in njegove zlitine. Debelina za jeklo so podane v
spodnji tabeli. Zrak za rezanje mora biti čist in suh, NE naoljen. Tip <strong>naprave</strong>
PL 61 in PL 121 imata 100 % obremenilni količnik.

Machines
Simplicity and safety in use are the main advantage over other systems
where usually <strong>cutting</strong> gasses are required. All Iskravar <strong>plasma</strong> <strong>cutting</strong> machines
need only the connection of the electricity supply and compressed
<strong>air</strong> for operation. It is not necessary to have a comppressed <strong>air</strong> supply to
use the machine TXP 35 K as It has its own <strong>air</strong> compressor built into the
machine case.
The PL 40 i and TXP 35 K are especially suitable for working outside the
workshop, on site, due to their light weight and the built in compressor
(TXP 35 K) being a great advantage. Cutting thicknesses given below are
for maximum in steel. The machines type PL61 and 121 have rating at
100 % duty cycle.
