RATIONALE
This seminar aims to provide exposure and sharing of information about lean management
applications internally and internationally. It is a platform that can provide a particularly exposure in Lean
management knowledge and a more creative and more effective at the highest level.
OBJECTIVES
This programme aims to :
Gain first-hand insights to how lean in organizations achieve operational excellence, particularly through
Lean methodologies.
Understand the success factors and pitfalls of implementing Lean through sharing experience.
Enhance knowledge of Lean and leverage from the experience of other participants through
networking and cross-sharing during the program.
