To remove a wheel with a<br />

traditional quick-release<br />

1. Release the quick-release lever; move it to the<br />

OPEN position (Figure 36).<br />

2. For the front wheel, decrease the tightness of<br />

the adjustment-nut; turn it three turns.<br />

3. Move the wheel out of the fork or the frame.<br />
