Peterborough was the first home of <strong>Trent</strong> <strong>University</strong>. At the heart of the<br />

Kawartha region, Peterborough is a place where spectacular natural scenery<br />

and outdoor recreation abound. Hike, bike, skate, boat or ski. The city and<br />

the campus are connected by the enviable Rotary Trail system, and located<br />

along the famous <strong>Trent</strong>-Severn Waterway with its collection of locks running<br />

through the centre of the city, as well as our campus.<br />
