Kaleidoscope Children’s Center began over 20 years ago in Hinsdale and Western
Springs. This program is recognized for the integration of sound science concepts with
fun and active learning. Join us as we explore biology, chemistry, and more!

Say AHHHH! We will be doctors for the day as we reflex exercises, listen to our
hearts, check our pulse and learn how to stay healthy. Everyone takes home a first aid

Can you walk like an Egyptian? We will travel to Egypt in our imaginations as we
learn about mummies and pyramids. Everyone will wrap a mini-mummy and we will
try our hand in hieroglyphic writing as we eat an Egyptian snack.

Spanish Classes for Kids
Did you know that young children learn
language naturally and much more easily than
older children and adults? Introduce your child
to the Spanish language in this Spanish
immersion class developed especially for very
young learners. Children will be immersed in
the Spanish language through fun and
educational activities and music. Each session
introduces new and exciting topics!

Youth Chess
Checkmate! Does your child want to learn this
challenging mental game? This program is
designed for players of all skill levels who
would like to improve while enjoying company
of fellow chess enthusiasts. Children will learn
the pawn and pieces movements as well as the
fundamentals of the game through both board
demonstration and practical interaction. All
supplies are included. (No class Mar. 25)
