The person coming closest to the actual number will win the jar and a basket filled with goodies. In case <strong>of</strong> a tie, a winner will be randomly chosen. We made it easy to enter the coloring contest.Your coloring sheet is right here. One winner will be selected from each <strong>of</strong> the following age groups: 2-5, 6-9, and 10-13 and will receive a basket <strong>of</strong> goodies. Jelly Bean guesses and completed coloring pages are due by 5:00 p.m. on Fri., March 22. Winners will be notified by phone on Tuesday, March 26. Flashlight Egg Hunt Here comes Peter Cottontail! Come join us for an EGG-citing hunt for eggs filled with goodies that will lie under the moonlit sky. Bring a flashlight, basket, and make sure to dress appropriately. Join us for our annual race that will begin and finish at the <strong>Palos</strong> <strong>Park</strong> Recreation Center.This USATF certified course (number: IL-03074-JW) is entirely on paved streets which wind through <strong>Palos</strong> <strong>Park</strong>’s scenic residential neighborhoods. The course features gently rolling hills and is an excellent challenge course. Runners and walkers are encouraged to participate. Trophies will be awarded three deep in each age division for the 5K and 1-mile event. Refreshments are served at the conclusion <strong>of</strong> the race. Easter Egg Hunt Hop on over to the <strong>Palos</strong> <strong>Park</strong> Recreation Center for a basket full <strong>of</strong> Easter fun! Children will have the opportunity to collect eggs filled with treats and find marked eggs for special prizes. The day will also include a variety <strong>of</strong> fun crafts, and a visit with the Easter Bunny arriving via Fire Engine. Remember to bring your camera to take a picture with the Easter Bunny. Refreshments will be served in the lower level. The egg hunt will be held on the <strong>Village</strong> Green, weather permitting. If inclement weather, the egg hunt will be held in the gym.
