in the weight throw ... competed in the weight throw and shot
put at the BIG EAST Championships, taking ninth and 12th
place, respectively ... participated in a total of eight meets
and recorded a season-best throw of 16.52 meters at
the Alden Invitational. Outdoor: Recorded a seasonbest
throw of 47.73m in the discus at the BIG EAST
Championships, taking second place ... qualifi ed
for the NCAA Regional Championships in the
discus ... placed sixth in the discus at the
ECAC Championships.
2003-04: Indoor: Recorded top-10 fi nishes in both the
shot put and the weight throw in her fi rst collegiate meet, the
Alden Invitational ... took fi fth in the weight throw and sixth in
the shot put at the Yale Invitational ... fi nished in the top 10
in both events again at the URI Invitational ... took fourth
in the weight throw at the second URI Invite ... qualifi ed
