toll-free hotline and maintain website and prepare reports.
To maintain the hotline service in a cost effective manner, the
project management took over the service delivery from the
provider of this facility and obtained a short code for
increasing the outreach among the victims of domestic
violence.
To undertake close supervision of the provincial level activities
as well as of the different initiatives at the project level, it is
necessary to have a professional supervision and evaluation;
