A representative from the Division of Disease Control, acting as the project manager from the
State, will provide the direct interface between the key stakeholders (BOH and CDC) and the
implementation contractor. This interaction will typically be on a daily basis and will include
functions such as: resource allocation, plan management, quality assurance, test validation and
general project administration. Other State programs and divisions will also be involved as
needed, and will be directed by the contractor with direction and guidance from the Disease
Control project manager.
