The roles responsible for the day-to-day management of the implementation project lies with the<br />

BOH Project Manager (<strong>Disease</strong> Control) and the Contractor Project Manager. These two<br />

individuals are responsible for ensuring that the project stays on target as it pertains to<br />

deliverables and budget.<br />

Key individuals from the CDC, DoTS and HETL will provide technical assistance throughout<br />

the project. It will be critical to establish communication with the assigned individuals once<br />

project commences to disseminate the plan objectives and their specific responsibilities. Both<br />

project managers will be responsible for these early stakeholder meetings.<br />

Laboratory (other than HETL) stakeholder meetings will also occur early in the project as to<br />

ascertain the pilot organizations and begin assessment of their environment. This phase depends<br />

heavily on the commitment of the laboratory and knowledge of the assigned resource(s). Both<br />

implementation project managers will also coordinate this section.<br />
