Extract 4: COMMIT Process: Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation against Trafficking in Persons in the Greater Mekong Sub- Region (2004) [The Governments of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the People’s Republic of China, the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, the Union of Myanmar, the Kingdom of Thailand and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, solemnly commit to the following actions]: 8.
