Product Manager from 1997 to January 2002. Mr. Lauber was also Team Leader with the Danaher Tool

joining Mateo, Mr. Stohlmeyer was the Director of Human Resources for Danaher's Sensors and Controls
Group from March 2004 undl February 2006. Prior to joining Danaher, Mr. Stohlmeyer was the Director of
