Mr. Lauber has been the Senior Vice President, Sales efwithin Mateo since March 2010, and was the Vice<br />

Product Manager from 1997 to January 2002. Mr. Lauber was also Team Leader with the Danaher Tool<br />

Consolidated Industries in Hunt Valley, Maryland fromJuly 2003 until September 2005.<br />

Anthony D. Stohlmeyer. Vice President. Human Resources<br />

Mr. Stohlmeyer has been the Vice President, Human Resources efwithin Mateo since February 2006. Prior to<br />

joining Mateo, Mr. Stohlmeyer was the Director of Human Resources for Danaher's Sensors and Controls<br />

Group from March 2004 undl February 2006. Prior to joining Danaher, Mr. Stohlmeyer was the Director of<br />

Human Resources for Slater Steel in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with responsibility for U.S. and Canadian<br />

operations from June 1999 until March 2004.<br />

Mr. Smith has been the Vice President, Materials and Engineering within Mateo since January 2003 and was<br />

the Director of Materials and Engineering from November 1998 undl December 2002. He held the position of<br />

unit in Everett, Washington from April 2008 until June 2010; of the Analytic and Diagnosdc Tools business<br />

unit in Everett, Washington from January 2007 until April 2008; and of the Electrical business unit based in<br />

the European Headquarters located in Eindhoven, The Netherlands from April 2005 undl January 2007.<br />

Mr. Swanson has been the Director, Distributor Development efwithin Mateo since November 2010. He was<br />

Regional Manager from January 2004 undl July 2007. Prior to January 2004, Mr. Swanson held posidons of<br />
