If you add or construct additional guest<br />

a condition to granting approval, we<br />

may require you to upgrade the hotel,<br />

and if we do, you must pay us a PIP<br />

Fee to determine the renovation<br />

requirements for the hotel. The Room<br />

Addition Fee will become nonrefundable<br />

on our approval of your<br />

application.<br />

Fee is determined by the number of<br />

workstations and other OnQ equipment<br />

at your hotel. The monthly<br />

maintenance fees for the OnQ<br />

connectivity equipment and<br />

connections (to the Hilton wide area<br />

network, electronic mail and the<br />

Internet) as well as for OnQ support<br />

are subject to increase by Hilton<br />

Worldwide or HSS on an annual basis.<br />

These fees are non-refundable. See<br />

Item 5.<br />
