REMARKS<br />

Mandatory participation for all OnQenabled<br />

hotels participating in the<br />

TPCP program. The booking fees are<br />

subject to change without advance<br />

Applies to any proposed transfer that<br />

Transfer or as one that does not<br />

require notice to us or our consent<br />

(Item 17). If we do not approve the<br />

Change of Ownership application, or if<br />

we approve the Change of Ownership<br />

refund the application fee, less $7,500<br />

for processing costs. We may also<br />

require you or the proposed owner to<br />

pay then prevailing PIP fee for us to<br />

determine renovation requirements for<br />

lender. We may occasionally waive or<br />
