river estuary reopened in Samalanga.<br />

804 boats <strong>and</strong> around 2,600<br />

fishermen are estimated to benefit<br />

from these projects.<br />

• New activities planned to benefit<br />

3,500 families engaged in tambak<br />

farming, crapu farming <strong>and</strong> fishing<br />

• 100% of salt pond owners restarted<br />

their activity;<br />

• 44% of fish pond owners in Pidie<br />

District have restarted their business.<br />

• New activities planned in the areas<br />

of fishing, farming <strong>and</strong> income<br />

generation for the new year that<br />

will benefit an estimated 4,995<br />

people.<br />

• 3,545 participants from various<br />

small businesses have been trained<br />

• 1255 person from 542 small businesses<br />

have received small grants<br />

• 2,290 beneficiaries (296 small<br />

businesses) are scheduled to receive<br />

next grants.<br />

• 150 Becak (rickshaw) drivers are<br />

obtaining assistance in form of<br />

Becak motorcycle<br />

• 500 enterprises planned to receive<br />

replacement assets benefiting<br />

1,460 households (Perindag); 48<br />

traditional cake producers will obtain<br />

materials <strong>and</strong> equipment before<br />

year-end<br />

• New programme launched to<br />
