9. The person relieving reads his/her orders (pertinent parts only), assumes command,
orders his/her flag or pennant broken, and receives full honors as appropriate. He/she reports
assumption of command to his/her immediate superior, if present, and makes remarks as desired.
10. Master of Ceremonies request all guests to rise and military personnel to remain
covered.
11. Departure honors for the official party.
12. Master of Ceremonies announces conclusion ofcerernony.
