Following her Yoga for Gardeners class, Terry<br />
Hoffman will lead a discussion on <strong>the</strong> many benefits<br />
of cruelty free, non-chemical (non-toxic) gardening<br />
techniques, giving back to <strong>the</strong> earth, growing and<br />
eating organically, etc. Terry will share information<br />
and resources needed to create your own non-toxic<br />
garden. Healthy refreshments will be served. Dropins<br />

Dying To Do Letterman Comedy Show*<br />
Monday, April 30, 6:30-8pm, presented by<br />
Steve Mazan, comedian and author of “Dying<br />
To Do Letterman”<br />
Steve Mazan is a comedian, Emmy winning writer,<br />
and <strong>the</strong> subject of <strong>the</strong> award-winning documentary<br />
“Dying to do Letterman.” In 2005, Steve was<br />
diagnosed with cancer and given a worst-case<br />
scenario of five years to live. Ra<strong>the</strong>r than slow down,<br />
Steve decided to use whatever time he had left to<br />
chase his ultimate dream: to perform his comedy<br />
on The Late Show with David Letterman. Steve’s comedy has been called<br />
“brilliant” and “clever” and between <strong>the</strong> laughs he includes his inspirational<br />
reminder that “It’s not how much time you have, it’s what you do with it.”<br />
Join us for an evening of laughter and inspiration. Pre-registration by April<br />
25 is required as seating is limited. *This event will take place at <strong>the</strong> new<br />

renowned liver and pancreatic surgeon, Dr. John<br />
Brems, for a discussion on <strong>the</strong> new diagnostic and treatment procedures for<br />
liver, bile duct, and pancreatic cancers.<br />
Nature Camp<br />
Monday-Thursday, June 25, 26, 27, & 28 from<br />
11am-2pm<br />
Bring <strong>the</strong> kids out for this four-day adventure at<br />
Leroy Oaks Forest preserve. We will enjoy nature<br />
in <strong>the</strong> creek, catching frogs & tadpoles, make a<br />
sculpted creation in clay, paint a canvas, and create<br />
a torn paper picture. Please wear clothing that can<br />
get dirty and wet, apply sunscreen and bug spray,<br />
and pack a lunch each day. Those ages 5 and up are<br />
welcome to attend without a parent. Those younger<br />
than 5 are required to be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Group will<br />
meet at Leroy Oaks Forest Preserve in St. Charles. Details available upon<br />

Laughter to Manage Pain and Stress<br />

Laughter is nature’s medicine that can help you manage pain while<br />
reducing stress. Join laughter yoga leader and facilitator, Terri Reasoner<br />
Ph.D., for some time to de-stress with laughter. Using Laughter Yoga<br />
exercises, this simple yet powerful approach to laughter can be done by<br />
anyone, at anytime, or anywhere regardless of what your mind has to say.<br />
You don’t have to have a sense of humor or know any joke—so join <strong>the</strong><br />
fun and laugh with us for no reason at all. This is a series class; attendees<br />
are encouraged to attend all four sessions which will cover different<br />

Board Certified Professional Counselor, educator and coach, who for<br />
