Terms and conditions for the supply of goods (pro-customer)

deadline as stated in the Specification or in the Order, or (ii) within
eight (8) Working Days of RCUK SSC or the Customer's notice of
rejection; and

at its own expense deliver in the place of the rejected Goods,
Goods which conform with the Specification within such further
reasonable period as that RCUK SSC or the Customer may allow.
X3.3 If the Supplier fails to remove the Goods or any of them in
accordance with Clause X3.2, RCUK SSC or the Customer may
return the rejected Goods or any of them to the Supplier at the
Supplier's risk, the cost of carriage being recoverable by RCUK
SSC or the Customer from the Supplier.
X3.4 If the Supplier, acting reasonably and in good faith, believes that
RCUK SSC or the Customer has rejected Goods in breach of the
provisions of this Clause X3, it may give RCUK SSC or the
Customer notice of objection within eight (8) Working Days from
RCUK SSC or the Customer's notice of rejection and before
removing the rejected Goods from RCUK SSC or the Customer's
premises ("the Premises"). Such notice of objection shall
constitute a dispute between the parties, which, if not otherwise
resolved within a reasonable time, shall be dealt with in
accordance with in accordance with Clause [X8 / insert reference
to Dispute Resolution clause]. If the Supplier gives notice of
objection the Goods shall not be removed until the Contracting
Authority so requires.
X3.5 All rejected Goods (whether delivered or in the course of
production) shall, if RCUK SSC or the Customer so requires, be
marked in a manner satisfactory to RCUK SSC or the Customer to
ensure their subsequent identification as rejected Goods.
X4. Identification of the Goods
X4.1 All Goods which customarily have any mark, tab, brand, label or
other device indicating place of origin, inspection by any body or
standard of quality must be delivered with all the said marks, tabs,
brands, labels or other devices intact.
X4.2 All Goods must comply with the specific requirements identified
within [insert relevant provisions of the Sustainability
Requirements].
X5. Sustainable procurement
X5.1 The Supplier shall promptly provide all such information regarding
the environmental impact of the Goods as may reasonably be
requested by RCUK SSC or the Customer.
