Number of times that the value of the percentage (%) of population living in family dwellings whose reference person considers that the dwelling is affected by a problem of external noises, out of the total population living in family dwellings, in the Census section is above or under the value of the same indicator (%) in Spain. It is calculated dividing the difference between the value of the indicator (%) in the Census section and the national value of the same indicator (%), by the national value of the same indicator (%).
