ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES<br />
OPEN BAR<br />
Full bar setup (if liquor is planned) at a dinner or reception is based on consumption. Bartenders for a liquor setup will<br />
be the responsibility of the customer at $18.00 per hour.<br />
BEER AND WINE BAR<br />
A setup of beer, wine and soft drinks at a reception of served meal or buffet are based on consumption. We recommend<br />
at least one bartender for every 75-100 guests for Beer and Wine service. Bartenders will be the responsibility of the<br />
customer at $18.00 per hour.<br />
ALCOHOL PROCEDURE AND POLICY<br />
All beverages are to remain within the facility. Beverages not consumed will remain the property of Sodexo in<br />
accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania.<br />
It is the policy of <strong>Ursinus</strong> <strong>College</strong> and Sodexo that no alcoholic beverages are brought on the premises for consumption.<br />
<strong>Ursinus</strong> <strong>College</strong> and Sodexo, reserve the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages to any person. All personnel have<br />
completed the Serv Safe Training Program for Service.<br />
