Types of Payment Updated in Feb 14 Make-up Pay MUP = Loss in Civilian Income – Service Pay MUP is calculated on the principle that you will not suffer a financial loss in civilian income when you are called up for NS training. Note: Commuting Time & Opportunity Loss (e.g. loss of rest time) are not claimable.
