10. Does the money I load expire?
In 4 years, the same as a gift card.
11. If I add money to my EWDW card online, how soon is it available?
Dollars added to your EWDW card are available immediately.
12. Can I tip my server with the money I have loaded on my card?
Yes.
13. What if I forget to bring my card? Do I get credit for my visit?
Our customer service department can issue credit for your visit by calling 866-561-0518,
or you can bring your receipt on your next visit and we can issue your point then. We
cannot give you credit for payment from a previous visit with your school if you forget to
bring your card when you visit.
14. Can my friend use my card?
Anyone age 13 or older may join the club. For your protection we ask that you do not
share your card as we cannot be responsible for the value on lost or stolen cards.
15. Why are you doing this?
Silver Diner has always been a key part of the community and is committed to leading
the way for healthier kids. We want to support our local schools and this program is a
win-win. The EAT WELL, DO WELL program not only helps schools improve nutrition and
fitness programs, it also helps us grow our business.
