Once video is finished uploading andprocessing, the screen willautomatically update with a url link -click “Email” on the right and type in“SilverDinerTV” as the recipient. Even after this campaignis over, materials made available online will remain online. If you have concernsregarding security of your provided video, please refrain from completing theYouTube submission process, as we feel your comfort and safety in regards to thiscampaign is paramount. Please understand we cannot guarantee that registrantshave supplied accurate, honest information during registration or during theYouTube audition submission process. Although inaccurate information is groundsfor disqualification, YouTube audition forms utilize the information supplied andconfirmed during registration.The submission of your video constitutes your consent and agreement to therecording and use of your performance, appearance, name, voice, likeness and anymusical or sound effects produced by you and/or them for use in connection withany television program, motion picture or the Internet for all purposes (includingadvertising, marketing, promotion, republishing to different websites,merchandising and the exploitation of any and all ancillary and subsidiary rights), asthe same may be edited, in all media now known or hereafter created, throughoutthe universe, in perpetuity for no compensation at this time, unless otherwiserequired by law. You may be required to execute additional agreements andreleases if you are selected as required by Silver Diner.
