Dear Schools and PTAs,
Silver Diner and Metro Diner Café would like to assist your school in raising funds to improve
nutrition and fitness programs. We understand budget constraints often times make it difficult to
purchase fresh and local produce, clean protein, and healthier options.. Silver Diner and Metro Diner
Cafe are proud to be a key part of the community, nurturing its growth, providing food for healthier
lifestyles, and supporting our local schools. Our ‘Eat Well, Do Well!’ program will give a percentage of
the sales when members dine with us to participating local schools specifically to improve nutrition and
fitness programs. Since September 2010, over $400,000 has been donated to local schools. These funds
have supported schools with fitness clubs, planting organic gardens, and more!
Our guests are able to link their cards to any school enrolled in the Eat Well, Do Well program.
The more parents and community members who link to YOUR school, the more money you will earn to
promote healthier living for your students. Schools also raise funds through our “Run the Diner”
Fundraisers, an exciting and fun dine-out night for parents, friends, and community members. Enrolling
your school is easy, and requires no cash investment from your school. A program description with more
details and an enrollment form are attached for your convenience. Please contact us at any time so we

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Rewards Program Benefitting You, Benefitting the Community
Silver Diner and Metro Diner Café are partnering with local schools
to help improve their nutrition and fitness programs.
The Eat Well, Do Well program combines
rewards for our guests and raises funds for
local schools by allowing any cardholder to
link their card to an enrolled school. Each time a cardholder dines with
us, a percentage of their spending is donated to the school. Enrolling
into the Eat Well, Do Well program is free and easy.
Since the program’s inception, over $400,000 has been donated to enrolled local schools. These
funds have helped to support fitness clubs, organic vegetable gardens, new gym equipment,
local farmer visits, fun-runs, and more. We sincerely hope that your school can be our next
partner in the fight against childhood obesity!
Enrollment Requirements:
1. Ensure both the principal and the PTA (if applicable) have agreed to participate and
promote this program to their school community. The Principal gives permission to list
the school on their website so that parents may link their cards to the school to receive
donations .
2. Designate a passionate ‘School Champion’ who will lead the program for the school. A
committed school champion is the single most important factor in your schools success!
3. The school will commit to coordinating one fundraiser at Silver Diner or Metro Diner
Café per school year.
4. The school will commit to using the funds for nutrition and fitness programs.

By signing this enrollment agreement you agree to the terms of the EAT WELL, DO WELL program
including authorizing Silver Diner to list your school on the Silver Diner website, to allow club members to
link their cards to your school, entitling your school to a designated percentage of dollars spent on cards
linked to your school. Both the Principal and the PTA accept responsibility to ensure communication of
