• Prior demonstrated experience in providing similar services or providing a<br />
service and meeting scheduled milestones and deadlines<br />
• Organizational capacity to execute the program<br />
• Quality of management, reputation and references, if any<br />
• Feasible proposal for budget of program build out and management<br />
• Feasible timeline for program development and operation<br />
Other Criteria<br />
• Reflection of the desires and preferences of the local community<br />
• Other criteria as specified in the RFP<br />
