Vacant Lot Temporary Activation Program Proposal Requirements<br />

Please read the RFP carefully, pages 9-13 have the details outlined below<br />

• Require seven (7) paper copies of the proposal and one (1) electronic<br />

version on a CD/ thumb drive<br />

– Includes proposal, any required forms or statements, and supporting materials<br />

• Submit in three envelopes, as follows:<br />

– One for the Proposal Only, labeled “Proposal for Vacant Lot Temporary<br />

Activation Program”<br />

– One for the Doing Business Data Form Only, labeled “Doing Business Data<br />

Form for Vacant Lot Temporary Activation Program”<br />

– One for Prices Only, labeled “Price Proposals for Vacant Lot Temporary<br />

Activation Program”<br />

• Proposals must be received by <strong>NYCEDC</strong> no later than Monday, July 1,<br />

<strong>2013</strong> at 4:00 pm EST<br />
