Fleetscape vehicle order management over the holiday period<br />
If you are planning on taking additional leave over the Christmas <strong>and</strong> New Year period, please nominate an<br />
alternative Level 1 or Level 2 authorisation <strong>of</strong>ficer in your absence to manage the vehicle orders on Fleetscape.<br />
This will prevent any vehicle orders from expiring during your leave period <strong>and</strong> ensure your orders are<br />
processed in a timely manner.<br />
To request access for alternative <strong>of</strong>ficers please download the Fleetscape access authorisation form from the<br />
QFleet website at http://www.qfleet.qld.gov.au/Documents/accessform_fleetscape.pdf.
