4.9 It is proposed that the <str<strong>on</strong>g>Rollest<strong>on</strong></str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>on</strong> <strong>Dove</strong> Neighbourhood Plan area accommodates 85 dwellings<br />
over the plan period from 2012 to 2031. The evidence to justify this figure is c<strong>on</strong>tained in<br />
Appendix 5.<br />
4.10 This housing requirement c<strong>on</strong>sists of the following:<br />
sites under c<strong>on</strong>structi<strong>on</strong> as at 1 st April 2012;<br />
<br />
sites with a valid (i.e. n<strong>on</strong>-lapsed) planning permissi<strong>on</strong> where c<strong>on</strong>structi<strong>on</strong> has not yet begun<br />
as at 1 st April 2012;<br />
sites granted planning permissi<strong>on</strong> since 1 st April 2012;<br />
<br />
<br />
site allocati<strong>on</strong>s;<br />
a small allowance for windfall development, which includes sites where a planning<br />
applicati<strong>on</strong> is awaiting determinati<strong>on</strong>.<br />
