CLUB NEWS
By JOHN FORREST
EASTLAKE DEMONS
Eastlake well and truly made a statement last
weekend with a convincing 120 point win over
Tuggeranong. It was a relentless performance and
is sure to send a message to other teams in the
NEAFL finals race. The last 2 home and away games
will be tough but also a real opportunity to measure
up against some quality opposition.
Despite losing last weekend, both the Reserves and
Under 18’s are placed well to be in the action come
finals time. Both teams need to return to the form
that has produced some fantastic wins throughout
the season. With the Club playing list close to
full strength, Eastlake has the chance to be very
competitive come finals time in all grades.
On the Club front, the new website is proving
a fantastic new initiative. The feedback is very
supportive and has some exciting insights into the
Club, our players, our staff and sponsors. Check it
out at www.eastlakedemons.com.au
