TERMS & CONDITIONS:-
1. All the' work shall be' carried out as per specification given in bill of quantity and as
per direction of Engineer-In-charge.
2 . Rates are F.O.R. at Tourist Complex, Sumer Singh KilIa, Etawa .
3.· Rates will be inclusive of all material labor, tools and plants transportation duties &
Taxes and other input.
4. Firm must be registered in Income Tax, Commercial Tax deptts.
5. Quantity mentioned in the bill of quantity are approximate which may vary on either
side & no claim will be entertained on that account.
6. Incomplete and conditionaltenders will not be entertained.
7. Tenders must be accompanied the required earnest money (Rs. Seven Thousand
Only) in the shape of Banker's ChequelD.D. of any Nationalized/Schedule Bank in
favor of UPSTDC Ltd., Tatyaganj, Kanpur Nagar. Failing which, tender will not be
entertained.
8. Tenderers must have their own Show Room/Workshop of such type of wooden
furniture & have minimum One year experience in furnishing work minimum
amount of Rs. 10.00 lacs
9. Sample of Furniture shall be approved by authority of UPSTDC Ltd. before
execution the work.
10. U.P. Tourism Development Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all the
tenders without assigning any reason.
11. Tenderer should have to submit the Vat Registration, PAN No. & last One year
turnover with the tender.
12. Design & Photographs of Sample of Furniture can see in the office of Manager, T.B.
Tatyaganj, Kanpur Nagar in working days.
