studies at the Center for Cultural Technical Interchange between East<br />

and West, University of Hawaii. Lolo Soetoro's program at the University<br />

of Hawaii terminated June 15, 1964. On June 19, 1964, the university<br />

granted permission for him to remain in the United States for practical<br />

training until June 15, 1965.<br />

b. March 20, 1964 - Stanley Ann Dunham Obama divorced Barack Hussein<br />

Obama in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii.<br />

c. March 24, 1965 – Stanley Ann Dunham marries Lolo S. Soetoro<br />

Mangunharjo in Molokai, Hawaii, as documented by Certificate of<br />

Marriage, License No. 80296, State of Hawaii, Department of Health,<br />

Research, Planning and Statistics Office (to be divorced from Soetoro in<br />

1980);<br />

d. July 19, 1965 - Stanley Ann Dunham is issued Passport No. F777788 by<br />

U.S. Department of State (passport application destroyed by State<br />

Department in 1980s). It is unknown whether Dunham had a U.S.<br />

passport prior to 1965, because the State Department claims<br />

(notwithstanding her June 29, 1967 passport amendment application)<br />

her passport records prior to 1968 were destroyed in the 1980s in<br />
