I decided to go with the purest concept… Texas BBQ. The process is preparing and slowly smoking the meats for maximum tenderness and flavor. At Rocco’s we smoke all our meats in custom-built smokers. We use our dry rub, oak and hickory woods for flavor. And, of course, we make three great BBQ sauces. In addition to our Smokehouse menu we offer a selection of steak, seafood and chicken dishes. If you like a great burger, Rocco’s offers a steroid-free, all-natural one. If you like sandwiches, you have to try our rib eye steak sandwich, or what about a crab cake? How about a great Reuben? We also offer a vast kid’s menu, from chicken fingers and mac and cheese to steaks and ribs.
