Food Program), funded by USDA, NYS-<br />

Charities is <strong>of</strong>fering free food for 6-12<br />
months post-partum women, children from<br />
the age <strong>of</strong> 5 up to their sixth birthday, and<br />
seniors age 60 and over, who are incomeeligible.<br />
The food package includes cheese,<br />
milk, starches, cereals, juices, canned fruits,<br />
vegetables, canned fish, meats and more.<br />

A Bereavement group for adults who have<br />
had a significant loss will be held in the<br />
Parish Center beginning November 10 th<br />
through December 22 nd on Thursday from<br />
3:00-4:30 PM. The group runs for 6 weeks<br />
and is free <strong>of</strong> charge. It <strong>of</strong>fers support during<br />
this painful time <strong>of</strong> trying to cope with<br />
