First Helping Every morning, First Helping hits the streets to offer warm meals and outreach services to chronically homeless <strong>DC</strong> residents. Using food as a tool, First Helping is a low barrier entry point into our continuum of care that provides a comprehensive approach to fighting hunger and poverty.
