ACADEMIC LIFE<br />
<strong>Academy</strong> students strive for<br />
unity, dedicated leadership<br />
As new doors continue to open for those who seek<br />
a purpose for living, new paths of learning are<br />
being tread by students at <strong>Harding</strong> <strong>Academy</strong>. New<br />
fields of adventure were explored by science classes.<br />
Under the direction of Randall Brannon, students<br />
studied the properties of chemistry, utilizing new<br />
labs in the college science building.<br />
A new lounge area, made available with the art<br />
department evacuation, afforded added eagerness<br />
for snack break, a time for students to escape from<br />
studies and problems to enjoy milk and candy.<br />
Dull moments were rare in this needed facility.<br />
DURING English IV, instructor Elsie lynn answers questions<br />
for anxious seniors on helpfu l principles of· writing reports.<br />
