Commissioners may examine the Company’s books, records and documents and have the power to temporarily suspend any Director in case of breach of the Articles of Association, neglect of his obligations, or failure to act in the best interest of the Company. Approval by at least three Commissioners is required for actions taken on behalf of the Company including borrowing money, granting guarantees, acquiring or disposing of fixed assets, and establishing subsidiaries.
