ESTHETIC / RESTORATIVE DENTISTRY 25th Annual Dr. L. Deckle McLean Memorial Lecture Esthetic Dentistry 2014: Adhesives, Composites, Ceramics Guest Speaker: MICHAEL GOLDFOGEL, DDS Englewood, CO To answer the challenges of today’s restorative practice, the dental practitioner must understand and utilize the newest materials and procedures. Those attending this seminar will learn techniques from a clinician with 30 years of practice and research experience in using the most up to date materials in restorative and cosmetic dentistry. This presentation will enable the participant to obtain reliable, immediate results and gain confidence to practice up to date restorative and esthetic dentistry. DR. GOLDFOGEL has worked extensively in the field of cosmetic and restorative resin systems. He has experience in clinical application, research, and consulting to a number of major dental manufacturers. He has lectured to university and professional audiences throughout the United States and Canada for the past 30 years. Dr. Goldfogel graduated from Northwestern University School of Dentistry in 1976. He has maintained a private practice in Englewood, Colorado for the past 36 years. Michael taught at the University of Colorado Dental School for 26 years, where he was presented with two faculty awards. He was also Professor of Dental Materials at the Community College of Denver. His several publications include fifteen articles, a text on esthetics, and video tapes. He has also developed two sets of resin placement instruments bearing his name, as well as several other dental products.
