National Hall of Leadership
The 100th Anniversary National Hall of Leadership is not
a hall or building in the traditional sense, but its purpose
is just as significant. The National Hall of Leadership was
created as part of the BSA 100th Anniversary and provided
an opportunity to recognize outstanding leadership by a
Scout, Scouting volunteer or registered leader who has
made a significant difference.
Kenneth L. Leggate
Dickinson, ND
Kenneth L. Leggate from Dickinson, ND was selected to
represent the Council in the National Hall of Leadership.
Ken joined a select group of individuals honored
during Scouting’s centennial year for their outstanding
leadership and dedication in bringing to life the Scout
Oath and Law.
