for Acas <strong>an</strong>d the Chartered Institute of Personnel <strong>an</strong>d<br />

Development (<strong>CIPD</strong>) by Sarah Podro <strong>an</strong>d Rachel Suff of<br />

Acas. The case study research used <strong>to</strong> inform the guide<br />

was conducted <strong>an</strong>d m<strong>an</strong>aged by the Research <strong>an</strong>d<br />

Evaluation Team at Acas.<br />

mediation provided valuable case study material <strong>to</strong> help<br />
