22.3 Unused tax losses
The deferred tax asset was recognised in respect of carried forward tax loss amounting to Rs. 8,825,325/-
(2009 - Rs.9,334,494/- ) which do not expire under current tax law, since it is probable that future taxable profits
will be available, against which the unused tax losses can be utilised.
