What if I lose my Card? Your tickets can be reprinted at home by logging in to your online Account Manager or by calling a Customer Experience Representative at 780-414-GOAL (4625). In order to reprint tickets for stolen cards a police report must accompany your request. Original barcodes will be deactivated and new tickets with a different barcode will be activated and printed. Only the new tickets will grant access to Rexall Place. Who should I contact if I have an issue with my Account Manager on game days? Weekdays between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM you may contact our Customer Experience Team by calling 780-414-GOAL (4625) or by visiting our ticket office located at TELUS Field, 10233 - 96 Avenue. After regular business hours on game days, or on weekends, please proceed to the Game Day Office at Rexall Place located behind Section 120 on the main concourse. The Game Day Office is open a minimum of two hours before game time or 30 minutes before the doors open.
