has created for National Trust members an extraordinary itinerary of
remote Australia and the founder and director of these tours,
David Marks has been acknowledged as the pioneer of modern day air touring in Australia.
During the “dry season” - July and August 2013, two only departures will realize lifelong ambitions to experience a vast
expanse of Australia, visiting destinations of world importance for wilderness and cultural heritage.
The diverse and exciting itinerary includes specially arranged visits to ancient rock art sites in the Kimberley and in stone country of
western Arnhemland. Also included is a rare opportunity for cultural exchange with Aboriginal saltwater people in remote eastern
Arnhemland. Extensive surface touring by vehicle and boat on inland waterways is provided with expert or informed commentary.
