Checking COBie using the COBie-UK-2012 application 3 Completeness It is not possible to automatically verify the completeness of o the list of Components and Spaces. Seee COBie‐UK‐2012 documentation for guidance on the expected Components and Spaces. Compliance requires that at least one System and Zone should exist for all Components and Spaces respectively and that Floorss and Types should exist for all Spaces and Components respectively. Completeness is judged against a list of properties and attributes alongg with the stage at the end of which they are expected.
