tutoring to help your child be successful in learning the Arizona Academic Standards. <strong>Flowing</strong><br />
<strong>Wells</strong> works with many tutoring companies to provide tutoring and we encourage you to take<br />

Review the <strong>list</strong> of providers and contact them to ask any specific questions about their<br />
services.<br />
Choose ONE provider.<br />
Contact that provider directly by phone or email with any questions.<br />
Work with the provider to set academic goals for your child. <strong>Flowing</strong> <strong>Wells</strong> staff will<br />
also help in establishing the goals.<br />
Work with the provider to finalize the details of the tutoring including the time and<br />
day(s) of the week the tutoring will take place.<br />
Fill out and sign the <strong>SES</strong> Application Agreement.<br />
Return the completed and signed <strong>SES</strong> Application Agreement to the Junior High front<br />
office by October 12, 2011.
<strong>Flowing</strong> <strong>Wells</strong>’ procedures for helping parents make informed decisions about their options:<br />
If you are unsure of your interest at <strong>this</strong> time, an <strong>SES</strong> <strong>Provider</strong> Informational Fair has<br />
been scheduled during parent-teacher conferences on Tuesday, October 11th from 1:00 –<br />
3:30 in the FWJH library. <strong>Provider</strong>s will be available to discuss their services, answer<br />
questions, and fill out Parent Agreement forms with interested families.<br />
