Itinerary:<br />
Day one: Thursday 17th October 2013<br />
Start your journey with a flight to Cairns where<br />
you board your private transfer and enjoy a<br />
light lunch as you make your way to the Cairns<br />
Ocean Seafood Markets with your seafood<br />
connoisseur Andrew Mirosch. Travel along<br />
one of the worlds most picturesque coastal<br />
drives taking in the rugged coastline to your<br />
destination nestled in the tranquil 145 acres<br />
of forest near Port Douglas. On arrival explore<br />
your accommodation, bungalows built high<br />
on stilts and nestle in the forest canopy before<br />
taking on a Coconut Odyssey Tour.<br />
Tonight you’ll learn some tricks of the trade<br />
and celebrity chef tips in your MasterClass<br />
degustation dinner with Andrew Mirosch.<br />

Day two: Friday 18th October 2013<br />
Your foodie discovery continues with an<br />
unforgettable journey onboard Kuranda Scenic<br />
<strong>Rail</strong>way in Gold Class up the heritage route<br />
to Kuranda. Joined by Food Trail Tours you<br />
will enjoy a leisurely day around the Atherton<br />
Tablelands taking in the local food and wine of<br />
the region. Tonight’s dinner is another unique<br />
experience at Bushfire Flame grill.<br />

Day three: Saturday 19th October 2013<br />
Once you step onboard The Sunlander and<br />
weave your way gently down the <strong>Queensland</strong><br />
coast, you’ll know what it’s like to be<br />
transported to another world. Simply sit back<br />
and take in the breathtaking scenery in your<br />
<strong>Queensland</strong>er Class Twin Sleeper and enjoy<br />
