A new LLUC Family Nature Series<br />

begins to<strong>day</strong>, December 8. Planned<br />

by parents and nature experts, past<br />

series have been popular. Mark the<br />

third weekend <strong>of</strong> each month on your<br />

2008 calendar for close encounters with<br />

grunion, whales, wilderness, stars, and<br />

other nature delights. The programs are<br />

chosen to interest people <strong>of</strong> all ages.<br />

LLUC Family Nature Series presents<br />

a guided tour <strong>of</strong> The World Museum<br />

<strong>of</strong> Natural History at La Sierra<br />

<strong>University</strong> to<strong>day</strong>, December 8, from<br />

1:00 to 5:00 p.m. See the world’s largest<br />

Komodo Dragon, birds, mammals,<br />

Native American artifacts, fossils, gemstones<br />

and rocks that glow. The Stahl<br />

Center Museum <strong>of</strong> Culture will also be<br />

open. The museum is in Cossentine<br />
