‣ Pre registration is a must due to security reasons.
‣ Please use separate registration form for more than one
registration.
‣ Registration would be confirmed on a first-paid-first-served basis.
‣ Registered delegates would be provided with a Registration
Number.
‣ Registrants who determine that they cannot attend must make
notification in writing and fax it to +91 11 24682226 or e-mail to
defence@cii.in on or before 1700 hrs on 10 th August 2010.
‣ No refunds will be offered for cancellations received after 1700
hrs 10 th August 2010.
‣ If you have not received an acknowledgement before the
Conference, please call us to confirm your participation.
‣ All applications to attend will be considered by the international
organising committee, who reserve the right to reject any such
applications where this might conflict with Indian law.
‣ The organisers will accept no responsibility for loss or
inconvenience should this event be cancelled due to Force
Majeure.
‣ The organisers will accept no liability for failure by delegates to
obtain the necessary visa clearance in order to attend the
Conference.
